My client is a well-known Global Private Equity Investment Manager. They are looking to recruit an Investor Services Manager to lead a team of 3. The successful candidate must have a strong client service background and previous team management experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a small team of 3 investor service professionals
• Co-ordinate all fund closings and client on-boarding
• Manage all requests for external auditors and the Luxembourg regulators
• Make sure all client queries are being resolve
• Act as point of contact for the team
• Be involved in projects relating to the team and its processes
• Oversee client reporting and all client transactions
• Make process improvements where necessary and ensure all these are documented
• Be part of the senior management team

Candidate Requirements:

• Business degree or equivalent professional qualification
• 5+ experience in a similar clients service/TA role
• Strong staff supervisory skills
• Excellent knowledge of Luxembourg regulations
• Very good communication skills is a must
• Fluent English
• Previous project skills would be considered a plus
• A good understanding of capital calls, distributions and dividend payables would be considered a plus
